1. All Q-mark private educators have been registered / provisionally registered with the Education Department, and display the following certificates in a prominent place in their school premises:

All courses operated by these schools have been registered with the Education Department and are conducted only in approved classrooms of registered school premises. (Registration of some courses may be waived if such courses are classified by the Education Department as non-educational in nature)

3. The capacity of every classroom, as allowed by the Education Department, is clearly shown and displayed on the door or other prominent positions in every classroom.

Tuition fees charged are only those indicated on the fee certificates issued by the Education Department.

All Q-mark schools have a well-established system of refund, and the provisions for refund are displayed in the school premises.

Their advertisements contain true content which is supported by relevant valid documents, instead of gimmicky and exaggerated words.

7. Q-mark schools have installed hotlines, and have a special team of personnel to properly deal with students' and parents' complaints.
