1.	Student Protection Scheme 學生保障計劃
		After joining the Federation, member schools will be eligible to subscribe to our Student Protection Scheme,
		which guarantees refunds to students in the case of a member school's sudden closure. Furthermore, by joining the
		Student Protection Scheme, member schools may, upon approval by the Education Department, be permitted to
		collect tuition fees in instalments of more than one month.
		學校加盟HKFPE成為會員後將可獲參加學生保障計劃之資格。學生保障計劃透過保險制度，為有投保而又不幸結
		業的會員學校學生提供退還學費保證，會員學校更可在取得教署許可下向學生收取多於一個月之學費。
2.	'Q' Mark Stamp "Q嘜"優質學校標誌
		The registered member school which has a comprehensive refund policy and agrees to comply with the Federation's
		Code of Ethics will be granted a 'Q' mark stamp by the Federation. The stamp can be placed on all school publications
		and advertising materials to increase public confidence.
		已在教署註冊的會員學校在設立完善退款保障制度並承諾遵守聯會訂定之辦學守則後，將獲頒發"Q嘜"優質教育標誌。
		會員學校可以將"Q嘜"刊印於所有出版及宣傳物品上，增強學生、家長及社會人士對該校之信心。
3.	Representation and Communication with the Education Department 與教署溝通渠道
		The Education Department has agreed to meet with the Federation on a regular basis to discuss issues of mutual concern.
		These meetings will help improve the operating environment for schools and lead to the removal of unscrupulous operators
		from the industry.
		教育署承諾定期與聯會成員會晤，會員可就各項雙方同感興味之問題與有關官員磋商，以改善辦學環境，減少不良經
		營者對業界之影響。
4.	Express Our Concerns to LegCo. 向立法機關反映意見
		The Federation represents a unified voice for private educators and will communicate members' concerns to LegCo. , as well
		as lobbying for legislation more favorable to the industry.
		聯會將作為私立教育機構與立法機關的溝通橋樑，並對關注教育事務之議員展開遊說工作，反映會員意見。
5.	Press and Public Relations Work 與傳媒溝通
		The Federation will keep in close contact with the mass media by holding regular press conferences to explain its views, and
		to correct any public misunderstanding of our industry that may arise.
		聯會將與本地主要媒體進行溝通，定期舉辦新聞發布會，解釋會員立場並盡力澄清公眾誤解。
6.	Improve The Industry's Image 改善形象
		The Federation will foster good relations with the general public, especially the mass media, and clarify any misconceptions
		and worries. In the long run, this will help reduce the amount of negative news coverage of the industry.
		聯會透過對話，與公眾及媒體保持友好關係，適時澄清種種誤解，消除公眾疑慮。為長遠計，此舉有助減少各項負面
		報導，改善業界形象。
		Federation membership and an improved standing within the industry will also enable members to benefit from more financing
		options offered by banks, credit card companies, and overseas establishments.
		改善形象將有助私立教育機構經營者取得銀行、信用貸款公司或海外機構之財政協助。
7.	Enjoy A Fair Trade Environment 共享公平的經營環境
		The Federation strives to maintain a fair trade environment for its members. The Federation will refer to the Education
		Department any reports it receives about illegal operators who flout the requirements to register their schools.
		聯會致力為私立教育機構經營者締造公平的經營環境。聯會將定期收集及報告學生對無意向教署註冊之非法經營者之
		投訴，並作出研究檢討。
8.	Share of Costs 分擔各項費用
		The Federation will negotiate with publishers, advertisers and suppliers alike to obtain better discounts and benefits for its
		members. From time to time, member schools will jointly promote their schools through open seminars and educational fairs
		organised by the Federation.
		聯會將與各印刷商、廣告商及供應商協商，為會員學校爭取採購物資較高折扣等福利。會員學校更可不時透過聯會舉
		辦之免費座談會及教育展宣傳所開辦之課程。
9.	Brochure on Standards and Ethics 辦學守則
		The Federation has adopted a "Code of Ethics", which embodies our commitment to quality education, student protection,
		and a better environment for learning. The Code of Ethics will be published in the form of a pamphlet and distributed to
		member schools, students, and all interested parties.
		協會將以提供優質教育，學生保障及改善學習環境為大前提，訂定會員學校共同遵守之辦學守則。守則將以小冊子形
		式刊印，派發予會員學校、學生及公眾人士。
10.	Betterment of The Industry 攜手進步
		Through regular meetings, member schools discuss issues of common concern. By communicating its mutually-agreed
		views to government departments concerned, the Federation will contribute to the future development of the industry.
		透過定期會晤，會員可共商切身問題，匯聚意見，達成共識，並向有關當局反映，以利私立教育機構長遠健康發展。

	(1)	The HKFPE has formulated a Code of Ethics, which all member schools are required to follow. Furthermore, the Q-Mark
		Quality Stamp assures students of security, commitment and financial protection from the Federation.
